100 AED minimum order amount
Pick-ups and deliveries to your home are carried out from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 9pm, with time slots of 3 hours. On the day of the scheduled pick-up or delivery, you will receive a confirmation text message with the contact details of our driver. He will confirm the approximate time of arrival.
You will receive your invoice by email on the day of delivery or the day after. Payment is made in cash or by cheque on return of the carpets. Payment by credit card is possible on request (please contact us).
Our turnaround time is approximately 4-7 working days depending on the condition of your carpet and our workload. Some carpets require further treatment and it is also possible that we put a carpet back into the cleaning process because we were not satisfied with the result. In these cases, this might take longer that promised date of return . Do not hesitate to contact us to find out about the progress of your order.
We are a craft company, our aim is to do things right and that takes time ;-)
Urgent request: In case of urgency, we can treat your carpets in priority and they can be delivered to you within 48 to 72 hours (consult us)
Once your mats are ready, you will be informed by SMS to agree on a delivery date.
Our price list is given as an indication.
The price is calculated by 1 sqm increments on the higher sqm. A carpet of 2.60 sqm will thus be invoiced as 3 sqm. As each carpet is different and requires a specific treatment, we will send you an estimate by sms or a proforma by email.
If no quotation has been sent to you, we charge the price based on the price list available on our website. If your carpet requires a special treatment or a more expensive treatment, we will call you beforehand to get your agreement.
Despite our experience and know-how, it can happen that stains or marks remain on your carpet. Unfortunately, we are not magicians, but we try to become one every day! Please note that we are bound by an obligation of means, not of results.
